Printing Envelope Backs
When you are viewing an envelope back in the DesignViewer you must be sure to click on the Print button in your Adobe® Acrobat Reader application NOT the browser's Print button. See the circle around the printer icon in the picture below. You can also save the file to your computer by clicking on the floppy disk icon next to the printer icon.

AOL Users and Pictures on our Website
When viewing image files in the AOL browser you have an option to use either compressed graphics or full-color view. Rest assured that you can select the option to view the images in full-color rather than the compressed mode that is the default. If the pictures ever look grainy or chunky you probably have the compressed mode setting turned on.
Linking to Simplicity's Web Site
If you are providing links to Simplicity's web site on your site you need to be aware that you should always link to the Home Page (http://www.simplicity.com) in order for the site to function correctly for your viewers. Our site contains features such as the Design Search page that need to keep track of your session while your are visiting with us in order to function properly. If you come to our site via any page except the home page you may get error messages concerned with missing variable values. The best remedy is to ALWAYS start on the Home Page.

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader® to View Simplicity® Envelope Backs
In order to make "envelope backs" available to you on the world wide web we utilize the Adobe Acrobat Reader® as a viewing tool. Due to the typesetting complexity of an envelope back, as well as the use of fractions in measurements, we have determined that the Acrobat Reader® is the best tool for presenting this information. If after downloading Acrobat Reader® and implementing the steps below you are still unable to view the envelope backs contact the Simplicity webmaster via the Comments page for assistance.
Also included here are links to four web pages on the Adobe web site that contain instructions to help you set up your browser/Acrobat Reader® software to allow you to view the envelope backs.
